The K-12 Provincial Bargaining Survey is now live!
With the expiry of our K-12 collective agreements in June 2025, the K-12 Presidents Council is preparing to bargain the next provincial framework agreement, or PFA. The PFA forms the province-wide portion of proposals that will go forward in bargaining between locals and their respective school districts. The PFA covers province-wide issues such as general wage increases, and levels of funding available for local bargaining. Your provincial bargaining committee includes representatives from across B.C. The team has already begun training and planning to ensure we are ready to make gains for the over 30,000 members that make up our sector.
All members in the K-12 sector are encouraged to take the survey by December 17, 2024. It should only take 15-20 minutes of your time. All answers will be kept CONFIDENTIAL, and they WILL NOT be shared with employers. The results will be shared with your local to help inform bargaining at your local table.
You can find it here: K-12 Provincial Bargaining survey. This survey must be completed online no later than December 17, 2024. Paper copies need to be mailed to the CUPE BC Regional Office by December 10, 2024:
